About Us

Who are we?

We are a small company of professionals that provide various media production services for associations, small businesses and other organisations or private persons.

The core of Crazycat is Ivar Vuori, a photographer, videographer, and media production professional. Ivar manages all of our projects and also produces the small productions themself.

For larger projects, we will utilize our network of freelance photographers, cinematographers, editors, producers, sound engineers, set and prop design, directors and more! Together we all come under the umbrella of Crazycat.

What does “flexible solutions” actually mean for my project?

It means we don’t believe in “one size fits all” packages. Whether you need a 30-second social media ad, a multi-camera live stream for a corporate event, or even a full-scale TV pilot, we build the crew, equipment list, and creative strategy specifically around your goals and budget. After all, your needs are unique to your situation.

What platforms do you specialize in?

We are platform-agnostic! Our team has experience in product and event photography, commercial advertising, narrative filmmaking, video production, broadcast television, and high-end corporate communications. Regardless of the project, if there’s a story to tell or an event to capture, we have the tools and the skills to do it.

Can you handle both video and photography at the same event?

Absolutely. We often deploy hybrid teams to ensure brand consistency across both mediums. This is a popular choice for live events and brand launches where you need high-quality video recaps and a library of stills simultaneously.

How involved do I need to be in the creative process?

As much or as little as you’d like. Some clients come to us with a finished script; others come with a vague “vibe” or idea. We can handle everything from pre-production (scripting/planning) to production (filming) and post-production (editing/color grading).

How do you determine pricing?

Our pricing is based on the following factors:
1. Scope: The complexity of the shoot and the length of the final deliverables.
2. Resources: The size of the crew and the level of gear required.
3. Time: How many hours of work each of the production phases demand.
4. Usage: Where the content will live (local social media vs. national broadcast TV).

We always strive for a solid final product regardless of the budget, so please let us know what resources you have available and we will discuss how to make the most of them.
