This spring I had the honor of working as a producer/production manager for the live stream and video production of Näytös/Näyttely 26 by Aalto Fashion and Textiles.
The live stream itself was handled by a contracted company, with Aalto students as the creative team (director, mixer, and camera operators). My role was to manage the team responsible for the live stream and assist in any tasks needed to produce the final product.
We used 8 cameras in total. 4 manned cameras and 4 PTZ-cameras. Additionally, we had graphics that were cued live. The music was live composed, and fed into the stream itself.
The stream was online (vimeo & instagram) and also visible on the big LED display next to the Lasipalatsi square. Connecting to the display was a slight headache, but in the end we reached a reliable and efficient solution.

Additionally, I assisted in the creation of some videos for the exhibition which was available in Amos Rex during the spring.
